Seems pretty clear that #Giants are ready to abandon starting Josh Ezeudu at LT after 1 game. It was pretty apparent that wasn't going to work after last season, but Giants boldly tried again without an alternative. Decided to count on coaching change to fix him. Leaves you to wonder if it's the case of justifying a third-round draft pick. I know a team that thought he was a better OT than a OG but as a 5th or 6th round pick, not a 3rd. That whole 2022 draft class was Joe Schoen working with inherited Gettleman/Reese scouts, before he made the majority of his moves.

Brain Dabolls biggest mistake was allowing Daniel Jones to only be able to run a simple offense in 2022. As the season progressed he should of added more complex concepts to see if the QB can run it. That would of given you the answer if you should extend him 4 years.

For 2 years, my argument for #Giants re-signing Saquon Barkley was always what today re-proved. You need great players to win. Giants dont have nearly enough to let him (or Xavier McKinney) go You cant judge him by stats. He ran behind hideous OLs He scored TDs. In games when Andrew Thomas didnt play, or when Tommy DeVito was at QB, and the offense didnt look as dead as today. Optics matter. Theres losing and theres being non-functional and non-competitive It was never about Pay All RBs. It was never that he shouldve been drafted No. 2 overall (he shouldnt have). It was this unique set of circumstances The Giants wouldnt have won today if you swapped the RBs on each team. Saquon wouldnt have had 176 rushing yards vs #Eagles defense. But you wouldnt feel as empty as a fan

The Giants are averaging 14.14 PPG this season. Giants avg 15.6 last year. I was literally told this offense couldn't get any worse than last year so get rid of Saquon because he's apart of the problem and doesn't contribute to winning. So far that assignment is outright wrong
