Stanford scientists found one bacteria missing in almost every obese, diabetic, and inflamed patient they studied. It's supposed to make up 3-5% of your gut. In people with metabolic problems, it's often 3,000 times lower. This bacteria has one job. It lives in the mucus lining of your gut wall, The last layer of defense between your bloodstream and the outside world. It eats old mucus, stimulates your body to make fresh mucus, and seals the wall tight. When it's there, your gut barrier is strong. When it's gone, the wall thins: Weight becomes harder to lose Food particles leak through Blood sugar misbehaves Cholesterol creeps up Inflammation climbs Researchers at Nature Medicine gave this bacteria to overweight adults for 3 months. The results: - Cholesterol dropped - Insulin sensitivity improved - Liver inflammation markers fell - Gut barrier function strengthened - Body weight started trending down without a single diet change Here's what people are reporting when they rebuild this strain and its probiotic cousins: Blood sugar stabilizing Cravings for sugar fading Bloating disappearing in days Skin clearing after years of struggle Clothes fitting differently in a matter of weeks What destroys this bacteria? Alcohol Antibiotics Chronic stress Artificial sweeteners High-fat, high-sugar processed diets You can't buy this specific strain at most health food stores. But you can feed the bacteria you already have, and colonize with related strains that do similar work - At levels 10x higher than any capsule. The trick is fermentation. A jar of homemade yogurt fermented with the right strain for 36 hours at the right temperature can deliver 200+ billion live probiotic cultures per serving. A store-bought yogurt? Maybe 1 billion if you're lucky. Dr. William Davis (author of "Super Gut") has spent years documenting exactly how to do this at home. I've been making it myself for 3 years. The difference in how I feel is night and day. Comment PROBIOTICS and I'll send you the free guide on how to make unlimited probiotics at home. P.S. MUST Follow for me to DM you.

Irresponsible post! The handiwork of a political hack. You are just revealing your political bias and partisanship by posting this nonsense. If you work in my organisation, this post will result in your instant dismissal. I hope the Great Duke will call you to order, as you are doing more harm than good to his Arise TV.

“Two weeks ago my husband started complaining that our baby's nose smelled bad. I thought it was just cough and catarrh, so we bought some drugs, but the smell didn't stop. Last Friday it got worse—the nose smelled often. My husband checked and saw a bit of catarrh inside, but when I looked, it didn't look like catarrh—it looked like something else. We took the baby to the hospital. The doctor said there was something inside his nose. They gave him an injection to sleep, and when he fell asleep, the doctor used a tool to pull out a very big piece of nylon from his nose (you can see the photo—so big!). I still don't know how he put it in there without anyone seeing. The doctor said if they hadn't removed it right then, they'd have had to cut his nose to get it out. I've been in shock since last Friday and haven't posted about it. I'm just so grateful—help me thank God, because I don't know what I'd do if anything had happened. Grateful to God”🙏🏽🙏🏽

PRESS STATEMENT In the last 24 hours, social media has exploded over my interview with Mehdi Hassan, albeit with varied opinions. Let me set the record straight. When I signed on to the privileged job granted to me by Mr. President, I was well aware of its implications. Selling ice cream, looking fine, and seeking the praises of men were never part of it. Some of the fiercest critics of my interview can not even stand local TV anchors. But the task of promoting and defending the President and his administration is what I do with ease and joy. I am prepared to appear before any interviewer, anywhere in the world, any day and at any time, to defend this government and its policies. I have never, and will never, subscribe to ducking or dodging interviews on matters that concern promoting and defending the administration I was appointed to serve. It is the least of what is required of me. Head to Head contacted me requesting an interview, stating that they wanted to challenge our government on security, the economy, and corruption. Nowhere in our almost six months of communication did they mention that they were going to challenge my past. If that had been their plan, ethically and professionally, they were supposed to inform me so I could prepare my response. But that’s okay, ethically, that is on them, not on me. I refused to swallow the pill of Mehdi’s “opposition research-style journalism,” and even today, if you carefully compare what he read as quotes from organisations and groups, you will see that many were inaccurate and some were outright fake news. But I will leave that for another day. As for what I said about President Tinubu in the past, I am glad those were things I said when I was in the opposition saddle with such zeal. It is all politics. Half of Donald Trump’s cabinet is made up of people who once spoke against him, and quite a number of people in our own cabinet also spoke against President Tinubu in the past. Those things do not bother him if you care to know. The majority of the naysayers are members of the opposition and their sympathisers. It does not bother me one bit. Their temporary excitement over the interview has not lasted and will not last, because it does not take away their obvious problem of lack of vision, mission in conducting and managing a political party; yet they seek to manage Nigeria. Clearly they have no path to victory and no alternative policies or program for the Nigerian people. And if they say they do, they can as well go to head to head and be interrogated on that; as the saying in Hausa goes “Ga fili Ga doki” I conclude by thanking the many Nigerians and non-Nigerians who sent in their commendations over my brave defence of our government in an interview where the anchor would hardly let you answer a question unless it suited his narrative. I still have admiration and respect for Mehdi Hassan as arguably the best debater on the planet. I look forward to part two of the Head to Head interview, and I am glad that by then questions about my past will no longer be news so that we can focus on our administration’s policies, programs and what we have achieved so far. Stay tuned. – D.H Bwala Special Adviser to President on Media and Policy Communication (State House) Saturday March 7, 2026

“We were in Lagos for Christmas. Nkanu had what we first thought was just a cold, but soon turned into a very serious infection and he was admitted to Atlantis hospital. He was to travel to the US the next day, January 7th, accompanied by Travelling Doctors. A team at Johns Hopkins was waiting to receive him in Baltimore. The Hopkins team had asked for a lumbar puncture test and an MRI. The Nigerian team had also decided to put in a 'central line' (used to administer iv medications) in preparation for Nkanu's flight. Atlantis hospital referred us to Euracare Hospital, which was said to be the best place to have the procedures done. The morning of the 6th, we left Atlantis hospital for Euracare, Nkanu carried in his father's arms. We were told he would need to be sedated to prevent him from moving during the MRI and the 'central line' procedure. I was waiting just outside the theater. I saw people, including Dr M, rushing into the theater and immediately knew something had happened. A short time later, Dr M came out and told me Nkanu had been given too much propofol by the anesthesiologist, had become unresponsive and was quickly resuscitated. But suddenly Nkanu was on a ventilator, he was intubated and placed in the ICU. The next thing I heard was that he had seizures. Cardiac arrest. All these had never happened before. Some hours later, Nkanu was gone It turns out that Nkanu was NEVER monitored after being given too much propofol. The anesthesiologist had just casually carried Nkanu on his shoulder to the theater, so nobody knows when exactly Nkanu became unresponsive. How can you sedate a sick child and neglect to monitor him? Later, after the 'central line' procedure, the anesthesiologist casually switched off Nkanu's oxygen and again decided to carry him on his shoulder to the ICU! The anesthesiologist was CRIMINALLY negligent. He was fatally casual and careless with the precious life of a child. No proper protocol was followed. We brought in a child who was unwell but stable and scheduled to travel the next day. We came to conduct basic procedures. And suddenly, our beautiful little boy was gone forever. It is like living your worst nightmare. I will never survive the loss of my child. We have now heard about two previous cases of this same anesthesiologist overdosing children. Why did Euracare allow him to keep working? This must never happen to another child”. CNA

The plot thickens. And so does the load of manure. AND IT'S ALL ABOUT AVOIDING "COUNTRY OF PARTICULAR CONCERN" DESIGNATION. Reno Goebbels (oops, I mean Omokri) says IT WILL "HELP THE TERRORISTS" AND "HURT THE COMMON MAN." Seriously. That, my friends, is what Orwell called "doublespeak" -- it's how evil overlords historically control the masses. WHAT THEY ARE AFRAID OF IS ACCOUNTABILITY. This is hidden camera video from our recent trip. We have EVERYTHING. (And I mean EVERYTHING) on film. (And they thought they were surveilling us!) Omokri introduced this man to me and Jeff as "the Chairman of CAN" (the Christian Association of Nigeria). This was supposedly a main pillar of our "fact finding mission" (rather, LIE EXPOSING MISSION). Note that he's speaking to the CAMERA, not to the ones supposedly there to investigate! Further, Omokri repeatedly announced to the world that I had met with "the Chairman of CAN." I was wondering why this dude never showed up in posted photos (at least none that I saw) and was strangely absent from the press conference. Guess what? THIS MAN IS AN IMPOSTER. Top leaders of real CAN have reviewed this video and tell me in no uncertain terms: - “The guy speaking is Rev Joseph Hayab Chairman CAN 19 Northern States and Abuja…but not Legitimate as such with the National President of CAN.” - His organization is not “Legitimate registered with the Federal Government.” - “he did not obtain permission to speak on behalf of the CAN President. Any such position must only come from the office of the National President of CAN” “Chairman of one the factions of ‘Northern CAN.’ Note that it is outside the structure of CAN” Wow. For background, reptilian-spirited Omokri thrust me and Jeff Gibbs into this "meeting" IMMEDIATELY upon our arrival after 30+ hours of travel, without going to our hotel room, grabbing a bite to eat, sipping water, or using the restroom. I begged for 60 seconds to change my shirt. Then it was the three imams, then AriseTV, with no break in between. Thank God -- by His grace and divine leading — He gave us the wits to play this narcissistic little man with plucked eyebrows like a cheap fiddle, and not step into his trap. (I was subtly “flipping the bird” to the camera and making googley eyes when we were standing with the imams for happy group pictures. Wonder why they’re not published?) :-) Wish I could say the same about Trump's daughter's father in law - the ignorant or compromised Tinubu crony "US Envoy" @MassadBouls who smiled as he parroted word-for-word Omokri/Tinubu's genocide-enabling talking points. Just like this imposter and the imams. Word. For. Word. (I keep meticulous records too, by the way…” Thank you for your attention to this matter. #EarthShaker

Yesterday, around past 9pm, after running out of options to fix a gear sump issue. I posted here that we needed a tow-vehicle at toll gate, Ile-Ife, Osun state. Within 5 mins, calls started coming in from everywhere. DPO of the nearest police station called that ‘someone’ sent him my number and he provided needed help regarding safety. The FRSC guys around came out, NSCDC personnels came to stay with us. A host of influential people from Osun that I met through X called in and provided EVERYTHING I needed. I kept getting, “are you Mr Jack? I am abc, Xyz told me you need help that I can find you here.” Among all, one statement from @MsTyma_ got me. “Jack, you cannot be in Osun and be stranded. My guy is bringing a truck” 30min later, we had formed a drinking party by the road beside close to the FRSC office while they fixed the car. They also provided a different Hilux and a driver for me to use. People in the area, the first set who attended to me, were confused, asking who I am for all these people to come out in such short notice. I just dey blush I felt so humbled yesterday. I couldn’t believe it. People genuinely care for me and they showed it. @uslenow @wanjohn1 @khykheloormuur @Omolomo_o @_chiefagbabiaka and others that I don’t want to mention publicly, Thank you all so much! God bless you. As we bid farewell to Muyiwa @Princemoye1 the most useless Force PRO in the history of the Nigerian police who violated citizens’ rights, we welcome @BenHundeyin to Abuja with serious warning. If you follow the ignoble ways of Muyiwa, you will be treated the same way we treated him. Not only will we resist you in every way possible but you will also get Visa ban advocacies against you and members of your family.
