Candidly...that would be nice!!🤣 Hard to imagine but these "BEEF Series" videos are not about me and my operation - I have the platform and resources to tell my story, use a local processor that has space for me, and build a logistics team to get my Wagyu from farm to table locally and nationally...but most people don't have my platform or resources. However, after farming for 15 years now, I've built close relationships to a lot of family farmers (and employing a lot of the local farm kids) and it's given me a deep respect and understanding of the issues facing America's family farmers - and I've made it a passion project in retirement to tell their story and advocate on their behalf!

See what the USDA did recently? $500mm for small and mid sized processors to do exactly what you've described...more processors throughout the country allows more competition on price for farmers livestock, allows more people to shop locally raised MEATS, and reduces the energy usage/expense of shipping livestock and meat all over the country!

@joethomas73 @halloffamefarms This is a complicated problem. The cost to transport and make farm fresh goods available to everyone throughout the country requires way too many middlemen. Would love to see more innovation in how beef and other products get from farm to table. Might be our biggest opportunity
