Det är tydligen en "nyhet" 2026 att chefer inte vill anställa folk som låter som om de precis klivit ur en polispikébuss. Rapporten från PwC och Järvaveckan visar att förortssvenska och religiösa attribut är en total "no-go" för en stor del av näringslivet. Det är fascinerande hur vi pratar om språkkrav som om det vore en valfri hobby. I den riktiga världen är professionalism en standard, ungefär som att tvätta händerna innan man lagar mat. Om man medvetet väljer bort det gemensamma språket, så väljer man också bort att bli tagen på allvar. Det är inte en konspiration, det är bara en marknad som föredrar tydlighet framför jargong. Är det rimligt att kräva att företag sänker sina krav på kommunikation, eller är det dags att vi erkänner att professionalism faktiskt kräver en anpassning? Har vi blivit så dumsnälla att vi glömt bort att språk är en biljett, inte ett straff?

Jag har en fråga som jag inte har något eget svar på. Den har gnagt lite i en bakgrundsprocess i min skalle i snart två månader, och jag velar fram och tillbaka utan att diskutera med någon, men nu är jag nyfiken på er input: När Israel och USA dödade Khameini med flera, var det mord eller legitimt dödande? Samma sak med Qasem Soleimani. Hade Iran dödat en ledare utan föregående krigsförklaring på samma sätt hade det varit solklart mord. Iran försökte ju enligt obekräftade uppgifter mörda Trump som hämnd för Soleimani. Om de lyckats hade nog inte någon av oss tyckt något annat, oavett vad vi tycker om Trumpen. Så motargumentet blir ju att "men Irans ledare är onda, och titta bara på vad de gör mot sin befolkning"! Och det är sant, men detsamma gäller många andra. Titta bara på deras granne Saudi, vars prins styckade en journalist och som mottas i Vita huset under pompa och ståt. Om någon hade dödat honom eller hans pappa kungen tror jag vi hade varit ense om att det varit mord och inget annat. "Men Iran mördade trettiotusen av sina medborgare." Och det är förmodligen sant, fast ingen vet hur många andra ledare i diverse diktaturer - inte bara i Mellanöstern utan även på andra ställen - hade dödat om demonstranter plötsligt beväpnats och man befarade upplopp. Kina, Laos, Belarus, t ex. Många länder begår brott mot sin befolkning. Inget av det jag skriver här är förstås något försvar av regimens agerande, nota bene. Jag undrar bara igen om vi har olika måttstockar. För dessa demonstranter var inte mördade när Soleimani dödades, och det var ändå inte ett "mord". "Men de krigar via proxies!" Ja. Hamas, Hizbollah, Houthis. Grupper som begår krigsbrott. Helt överens om det. Och USA med flera finansierar på motsvarande sätt Israels krig mot sina grannar, vilket gör Israel till en proxy för väldigt många länder, och Israel begår bevisligen än värre (i magnitud räknat) krigsbrott. Betyder det att Israels fiender har rätt att utan föregående krigsförklaring avrätta alla de ledare som på något sätt stöttar Israel? Så berätta gärna: Varför säger vi att USA och Israel DÖDADE Khameini? Varför blev han inte MÖRDAD? Är vi hycklare, eller finns ett bra skäl?

Och med tanke på vilka resultat vi har sett tidigare (Irak, Afghanistan, Syrien etc) kommer inte detta krig leda till något bättre
