Western Atlantic ridging is key & starting to show & with diving 500MB low in trough that is showing signs of becoming somewhat negative would allow for RAPID INTENSIFICATION for coastal storm to intensify off NC COAST late Wednesday night with max intensification off NJ coast Thursday afternoon .. “if” all this lines up an easy 8-12 inches with 12+ in many locations esp just N&W of I95 .. KEEP IN MIND ARCTIC AIR SHOULD BECOME INTERJECTED INTO THE STORMS CIRCULATION MEANING SNOW RATIO FACTOR WILL COME INTO PLAY AS TEMPS SHOULD HOVER IN THE MID 20’s so 1 inch of liquid would equate into 1 foot of snow .
