@dutchdalton992 @LairdStuff @factpostnews I’m in Phoenix. They aren’t building homes this area for less than $450k. But they are building tons of apartments. A lot of the boomers are going to be leaving nice nest eggs for their kids. My two will do ok. Much better than the $8k I got. So that wealth transfer should help.

You can still find that same home in my area for around 150k

@dutchdalton992 @LairdStuff @factpostnews Do it by age group. I’m 67 and own two homes. First one I was 27. Second, I was in my 40’s. Most of my age/peer group in the mid 80’s had a starter home. How many 27 year olds now can afford to own a home? Thats the problem!

@ChiSoxFanMike I have never found Kap entertaining. He always seemed like a dick. Maybe he is better now, but I’ve never listened to this show. As far as PCA, he seems like a pretty good dude. I wouldn’t rejoice in his struggles. He hasn’t been good, but I won’t pile on.
