I get what you’re saying but you’re looking at it from a human beings perspective, and aliens wouldn’t have that.. you’re going by rules that are established based on earth, based on what human beings, and life from earth would need for survival.. things can be vastly different for other life forms

Ok so the aliens of superior tech and knowledge come all the way to our little insignificant solar system and they see hot rock planets, acid planets, no atmosphere planets, cold gas Giants and then there's Earth...and they say hey let's settle on the tiny rock, freezing, boiling, asteroid showered moon of THAT one...and they just watch us for a while and see our rockets and say oh they are getting closer! And then we come up in our primitive tin can and they are scared...hide all the obelisks! And finally we go away because we actually saw them...and we are thinking these aliens are really terrible real estate investors...so many years ago by and we finally hire a real estate President...and coincidentally start back to the moon because if these Aliens think the Moon is some kind of Mar a Lago, we need to get a development company up there. Seriously...😂
