➡️ The Act institutionalizes a County Youth Service designed to equip #youngpeople with skills, create pathways to employment & anchor #youthempowerment within a sustainable legal & budgetary framework.
But that’s not all … it also positions youth employment as a powerful tool for:
1️⃣ Domestic Revenue Mobilization (DRM),
2️⃣ Expanding the tax base and
3️⃣ Strengthening the social contract.

From 11th–15th February 2026, African leaders met in Addis Ababa, Ethiopia 🇪🇹 for the 39th @_AfricanUnion (AU) Summit under the theme “Assuring #Sustainable Water Availability & #Safe Sanitation Systems to Achieve the Goals of Agenda 2063.”
For the first time, water💧took center stage, with the launch of the #AfricaWaterVision2063, designed to secure water, improve sanitation & connect these priorities to #climateresilience, #healthsovereignty & #economictransformation.
While leaders emphasized moving from commitments to measurable action, a key question emerges: 🔽
