I was at university in Manchester when the September 11th attacks happened. Rusholme had a large Muslim population, now known to be a place where gangs of men have raped British children. The universities also had many Muslim students.
Muslims I knew there were smug for days after. They thought it was funny, justified and long overdue. 'America' deserved to get hit hard in the face, they thought. Thus they celebrated the mass murder of civilians. The same types condoned the 7th July attacks in London. They treat these things as natural, justified reactions against what Western governments do. They simply saw themselves as at war with us. There is no allying with people like that. They despise us, the whole Western world, and they don't distinguish between us and our rulers.

Just to add: The Campbell Sisters were born in Malawi, Africa, and had zero ties to Australia before moving here as children. They have never once been called “not really Australian”… what’s the key difference?

Left wing thought means ignoring biological reality to retain your moral virtue, it means denying that your own ethnic group exists, it means that your own group is always the worst group and it must be displaced by other incoming ethnicities. Utter mental gymnastics. Australians are a British Isles people who forged a nation under the southern cross. Gout Gout may be a lovely chap, he may run fast, he may speak with an Australianised accent, but he is clearly ethnically from Sudan. If everyone can hit the magic soil and become Aussie, then what of the actual Australians, what about those who are already here? If Australia is for everyone, then it is for no one.

This whole Gout Gout thing has made me realise that so many people have no fucking idea what an Australian is - including some Australians sadly. Australia is a nationality, not an ethniticy. The only ethnic Australians are Aboriginal. A big part of our culture, is being multicultural. Our diversity is our strength, not something that should be hated or feared. Anyone who's born in our wonderful country is an Aussie, through and through. Anyone who goes through the immigration process, does their best to fit in and earns their citizenship, is welcome and is just as Aussie as the rest of us. I am. You are. We are Australian 🇦🇺.
