Hard to swallow pill: Your body is not a one-fuel engine. You can drink two big Cokes and your brain will burn the sugar, while your legs and butt keep burning fat. That sugar does not instantly turn into body fat. Different parts of your body use different fuels at the same time. So when someone says you can only burn sugar or fat, they’re not sounding smart. They’re advertising that they don’t understand metabolism.

Most people sit in a sauna and walk out thinking they "detoxed." Sweated, yes, but detoxed? Not even close. A proper sauna session looks something like this: - No polyester (non-negotiable) - Cotton towels only - Wear cotton clothes only - Take niacin 60 minutes before - Take binders right before you step in - Activated charcoal, zeolite, or Pectasol grab the toxins as they come out, or they just recirculate - Scrape your skin while you sweat - Use a butter knife or gua-sha tool to move lymph and pull surface toxins off the skin instead of letting them sit - Rehydrate properly afterward with silica, sea salt, lemon, plus distilled water

1/2 teaspoon of bicarb soda has worked WONDERS for my sleep issues. It's resolved my sleep apnea/deep sleep issues overwhelmingly more than any mouthguard, CPAP, magnesium/nervous system, caffeine removal, or nnEMF mitigation protocol has. Oh, & it costs $0.01 per serving.

Do not feed your kids strawberries. Ever wonder why its hard to get them from the garden to your plate without them rotting in 24 hours but they have no problem shipping them from California to your house while they look perfect? They are 90% chemical 10% strawberry.

As many of y'all know, Mark LaRue has come up with some pretty "out of the box" (understatement of the day right there...) products over the years so when I saw this I thought "bolt action AR?" but I feel like that's too simple for LaRue 🤔 I suppose time will tell, but what do y'all think this will be when it's announced? ⬇️ #Larue #LarueTactical

You know what would help them? No deficit spending that inflates the dollar and 0% income tax allowing for an immediate increase in wealth. But, you advocate for forcibly stealing from every American and every future American. You will be judged; hope the multiple homes and private jets are worth it....

In the richest country on earth, young people shouldn't have to wait until age 40 to buy a home - 12 years after first-time buyers in 1991. Young people shouldn't have to fear a lower standard of living than their parents. We need an economy that works for all, not just the 1%.

I'd have to pull out my gigantic "gun manufacturing handbook" (it's a real thing, I'm not making that up...) that the ATF gave me to verify, but I think that is one of the things the ATF says they'll snatch your manufacturing license for if that's true... 🤨
James Reeves@jjreeves

Buyer beware. B&T USA is apparently marking US-made guns with "Thun, Switzerland" and the Swiss cross. This could permit the reasonable inference that these guns are made in (or have components from) Switzerland. They do not. B&T AG ceased shipping parts to B&T USA this year.

Ask…and you shall receive! Here are the EXACT ingredients and preparation instructions I use to make my DELICIOUS Quadruple Cheese Burgers for less than 750 calories: Ingredients - 1 pound of 96/4 Ground Beef (See Pics) - 4 Fat-free cheese slices (See Pics) - 1 Low-calorie bun (See Pics) - Salt & pepper to taste - Small drizzle of oil (for the pan) Equipment Needed - 15” Large cast-iron skillet - Burger smasher or heavy spatula - Parchment square for clean smashing Instructions 1) Preheat your cast-iron skillet over high heat for 3–5 minutes — you want it hot 2) Add a small drizzle of oil and spread it evenly 3) Divide the beef into 4 oz balls (do NOT pack them tightly) 4) Place one beef ball on the skillet — it should sizzle on contact 5) Immediately smash HARD using your burger press or spatula (again, using parchment paper to prevent sticking is probably a good idea) 6) Season with salt and pepper. 7) Let it cook 2 minutes or until the edges are brown and crispy 8) Flip carefully and top with a slice of fat-free cheese. 9) Cook another 30–45 seconds, just until the cheese melts. 10) Stack multiple patties 11) Toast your buns lightly in the same pan for extra flavor (optional) 12) Assemble your burger — add toppings if you want (onion, lettuce, pickles, ketchup, smash burger sauce, etc.) 13) Give the burger a few minutes to cool off before biting into it or you will burn yourself — the inside will be HOT ENJOY

It's been 2 months since I quit nicotine pouches. I've been using these Zero pouches instead; nothing in them - just for the mouth feel. A few takeaways: - The actual nicotine cravings aren't as big of a deal as you think. They suck a bit for the first 3 days, but after that, they're pretty mild. - The only time I get a real craving is on weekend nights. Something to "unwind" with. I've been chewing on a piece of 2 mg Nicorette (I suppose technically that means I'm not totally off nicotine, but it's close enough for me). - I had some mild insomnia for a few weeks (common side effect of quitting) but once that passed, holy shit. I fall asleep within 3 minutes of my head hitting the pillow. BIG difference in sleep quality. - My workouts have gotten noticeably better. More energy overall, weights going up at a good clip. Very happy with that. Could be a brocebo effect. - For about 6 weeks I had some bad adohenia. Another common side effect from the lack of dopamine as your body adjusts. I couldn't get enough sleep for that stretch - I'd sleep for 9 hours at night, and still wake up exhausted, and take a nap in the afternoon. After about 6 weeks, though, that passed, and my energy levels are WAY up. - Brain fog was obvious for about a month. I'd be on a sales call and lose my train of thought. Again, once that passed, my focus has made an obvious improvement over the nicotine addicted brain. - Anxiety is way down. I'm calmer and more relaxed. Heart rate has dropped (I don't have a smart watch, so not sure of the actual drop, but I can feel it). Digestion is improved. All positive changes. - I still have a cigar once per week as a treat. I'm allowing myself that indulgence. But no more pouches - ever. I can't believe I was hammering those things one after another all day long for years. - It feels good to not be a slave to a chemical. Enough said. All in all, I'm glad I made it through. I'll never use a pouch again. Those little things are the devil. There's an entire generation of young men who are being psyop'd into thinking smashing a can of 6 mg Zyns per day is somehow a healthy thing for you.

Wild fact about oats you probably don’t know. The same glyphosate (a known carcinogen) used as a weedkiller is also used to harvest them. Sprayed on the crop 7-10 days before harvest to kill the plant and force it to dry faster. Whole field dries uniformly at once. Saves money on grain dryers. Glyphosate gets absorbed into the plant and locked in the grain itself before harvest. No washing or processing removes it This brand prohibits glyphosate usage entirely and are easy to find. They’re also sprouted which significantly breaks down the phytic acid neurotics love to complain about. Been buying them at Whole Foods for a while, found them at Costco last night. Don’t fall for the anti oat propaganda. Bad sourcing created a bad rep for an otherwise good grain

you need to be eating 100- 300g of carbs for optimal health. Your brain alone needs over 100 grams of glucose a day. Then your gut, thyroid, adrenals, gonads, muscles, hair all require glucose too. Making this glucose from protein is very stressful and slows your metabolism. Eat easily digestible carbs
