Are there any Doctors out there who could explain to me EXACTLY why the flu mysteriously and completely disappeared for two years and then came back again once the government's of the World decided that covid was no longer a problem? Don't know what's happened to @MightyNetworks. I used to be a fan. Their support has been terrible this week. They suggested I temporarily downgrade my plan to free. That then blocked my entire site because I am in the UK. Now it's back up, 2 years of content is missing.

Would you agree to put people in charge of your company on the basis of their sex or race in order to meet a diversity quota? These rules were brought in by the Conservative Party in 2022, BTW.

Love this clip from today. Triggernometry has a climate change denialist Ian Plimer on to set him up with softballs. Their "pushback" questions are always "why do those lying climate change scientists disagree with you?" Then after he lays out a series of false, debunked, and misleading claims, they follow it up with a "how could anyone disagree with the obvious truths you are spouting?"

I tracked my heart rate during a 45-minute speaking gig in front of 500 people yesterday.
I used to be a very nervous public speaker. My heart rate would spike like crazy.
The simple trick that changed everything:
I started practicing my talks while doing light cardio. It simulates the heart rate rise you’ll feel when you get in front of people. You start adapting and getting better at managing it.
Sounds weird, but try it. Trust me, it really works.
