On @Delta 8353 from IST to CDG with my Amex Gold Skymiles card & still have to pay 60 euro to check bags. Why? Benefits clearly state FREE checked bags.

@KLM Thanks but your response is to file a claim which I already shared with you. A damaged bag from @KLM @Delta and you said you can only help if I have an original purchase receipt for the bag from Nov 2017? So unreasonable. Why can’t you take accountability for damages?

@Delta The email is actually from baggagecare@delta.com - it seems unreasonable to not be able to help with damage without a original purchase receipt from Nov 2017 - really nothing you can do to help?

@joleendearest I apologize for the inconvenience, the airlines has an agreement that your final carrier is responsibility for any claims, compensation. I do see that you have file a claim with KLM, please follow up with them. I am sorry that your bag was mishandled. BAY
