@UPS_UK #shockingcustomerservice. Unable to get my package from access point after failed delivery on Wednesday as you didn't inform supplier so didn't receive an access code. Was promised delivery by 10 am today! , still not arrived and unable to speak to a person who can help!

@O2 still no data and missing important phone calls too now when I'm not at home, several from a hospital with an unwell relative. This is not acceptable. How long is this going on. Had enough of o2 as reduced coverage, this an unfunny joke! #absolutelyshockingservice

@O2 can you tell me how I can use live Google maps or similar and get traffic updates whilst I have no available data because of your technical issues? I have been unable to use any services requiring wifi. Day two and still nothing. I presume we get a refund

@TicketmasterCS you are officially the worst company to deal with.Never have I experienced so many fails at simply accessing tickets to anything as with you. In this day and age or really shouldn't be this hard for your website to work! No help via dm #terriblecustomersetvice
