Nobody should be digging for change or stressing over parking fees when they’re at the hospital. That’s why, starting May 1, parking will be free at all Nova Scotia Health and IWK Health facilities. This change means less stress for patients, families, and healthcare workers. This is indeed what change is. BC is dropping 2nd road test for new drivers, as ICBC faces massive backlog on testing. Instead, after 2 yrs with an N, you just get full license (w/ a restriction you can't get caught with drugs, alcohol or electronic devices for 1 yr or lose it)
