I condensed everything I know about selling AI services into one cheat sheet.
- Niche selection.
- Tech stack.
- ROI conversations that close deals.
- Objections and exactly how to handle them.
Free. Just save it.
If you want the full breakdown of how to go from zero to your first $10K month using this framework, drop "AI" in the comments and I'll send you the playbook.
(Must follow so I can dm you)

I'm giving away my entire @openclaw architecture. Behind my $250k/month agency.
After weeks of building, I've dialled in the exact system that runs my business 24/7.
What's included:
• Memory folder structure (how to organize agent context)
• Cron job templates (daily briefs, meeting syncs, content automation)
• How to build a custom dashboard in @lovable
• API reference doc (so your agent never forgets its tools)
• Voice training method (85 posts to teach it your style)
• Supabase schema for dashboard connection
Comment "OS" and follow. I'll DM it to you.
P.S. This will probably blow up so give me some time to reply.

This YouTube AI Agent is f*cking wild 🤯
This n8n agent scrapes top-performing YouTube videos in any niche...
Pulls full transcripts...
And extracts every hook, angle, and theme automatically.
All inside n8n + Airtable.
Perfect for DTC brands & agencies who want to know what's working on YouTube before creating a single ad.
Here's the problem:
You're spending hours "researching" YouTube.
Watching video after video. Scribbling notes. Trying to reverse-engineer why that one video blew up.
By the time you've pulled anything useful, half your day is gone.
This n8n agent does it in minutes:
→ Enter any keyword (e.g., "rucking", "cold plunge", "protein powder")
→ Scrapes top YouTube videos with full transcripts
→ Logs everything to Airtable—views, likes, publish date
→ Gemini analyzes each transcript automatically
→ Extracts hooks, angles, and themes from every video
No watching hours of content.
No manual note-taking.
No "let me rewatch that part" loops.
What lands in your Airtable:
- Video URL, title, channel, and performance metrics
- AI-extracted hooks (what grabbed attention in the first 10 seconds)
- Angles (the unique claim or perspective that worked)
- Themes (the narrative structure driving the video)
- Full transcripts for deeper research
Built 100% in n8n.
Want the complete n8n workflow + Airtable base?

just found an mcp that changed how i use claude for n8n
every other ai tool guesses at n8n structure
uses outdated training data
hands you broken json and says "good luck"
this one scrapes n8n's live documentation in real-time
not from when the model was trained
documentation from TODAY
but here's what actually broke my brain:
told claude to build a client onboarding system
stripe + notion + gmail + slack
watched it:
→ plan the architecture
→ build each node
→ deploy directly to my n8n instance
→ hit an auth error
→ debug itself
→ fix the oauth scope
→ run again
→ work perfectly
8 minutes. live in my instance. ready for clients.
it doesn't just generate workflows
it deploys, runs, watches them fail, fixes them, runs again
until they work
while everyone's manually dragging nodes
i'm typing english and shipping same day
comment "MCP" and i'll send you:
→ the mcp setup guide
→ exact prompts that build production workflows in minutes
→ how to get early access

One of the most common mistakes retailers make is also one of the simplest to get right.
Lighting.
Too much bright white light is uncomfortable, too little light and products become harder to find and less attractive.
Lighting should be warmer and less bright in aisles and walking areas, but brighter more natural on products and communications.
Next time you are in your favorite store, take note of the array of lighting.
It is the most important of the senses that makes you want to come back to a store.
The best stores have thoughtful lighting, the temperature is always comfortable, sounds/music are carefully curated and the smells are no accident – perhaps they roast coffee, bake bread or have scented candles.
These senses make the store so appealing you can’t wait to return.
Without even realizing why.

9 jaar geleden lanceerde @22tracks, nog voor streaming écht normaal werd, een super usable iPhone app die imho nog steeds tiptop zou zijn. het liep helaas anders! 🤷♂️

Our Twitter subscriptions plan needs work @elonmusk.
I did a pricing study on 54.3k Twitter users to help you Doge Father.
TLDR:
- Verification should cost much less
- Twitter Blue should cost much more
- Twitter has a unique opportunity to 10x subscribers
