@kannn353 @garden_lake @wop_ster @SynthPotato No that’s a console cycle. Based on your view if consoles didn’t exist we’d still be in the first generation of gaming. -2015 to now is a video game generation. It’s marked by leaps to 4K res, ray tracing and other software and hardware developments.

It’s wild that there hasn’t been a new Far Cry game in almost 5 years. There was a point where we were getting a new one or some kind of spin-off every 2 years, I didn’t like FC6 and I never finished it but it sold super well Makes it so strange the franchise vanished.
