It definitely doesn’t deserve it, I give the game its flowers for market disruption and solid mechanics but the base building kinda ruins it for me. I know it’s got a story now but it’s impossible to build appreciation of the pals without RPG elements being the core for progression. Having them as expendable resources for exploration creates an emotional inconsistency in the lore regarding their likability and their intrinsic worth to the progression system. You don’t feel like they’re your “partner” - you don’t build any kind of attachment to any of them.

Defending yourself in ARC Raiders from other players no longer affects your lobbies!
Only the PvP fights you choose to start influence your playstyle estimate; defending yourself does not.
How it works:
- If the enemy hits any teammate first, the whole squad counts as defending
- Long, heavy firefights you start count a lot
- Short skirmishes or a stray hit still count, just far less
- Jumping into an ongoing fight (third-partying) counts as starting one too

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) claims that, in response to last night's U.S. strikes on Iran, it launched an attack against Muwaffaq al Salti Air Base in Jordan.
According to the IRGC, the strike damaged or destroyed six F-35 fighter aircraft and inflicted an unspecified number of U.S. casualties.
As with previous IRGC battlefield claims, these assertions should be treated with caution. The organization has a history of issuing exaggerated or inflated damage assessments during conflicts. As of this post, U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) has not confirmed any attacks on U.S. forces in response to last night's strikes, nor has it acknowledged any losses at Muwaffaq al Salti Air Base.
