@SimonKaggwaNjal There's been road works on a 10 metre stretch at Sino track Head office on Old Mubende road from August last year. full section of the road was closed for nearly 3 months, only to be reopened without completion. was closed off again in May this year till date work in progress

You’re very unserious. There is hardly any equipment at the site but the road remains closed on a busy Monday morning. Why couldn’t they get everything done overnight? Besides, why would laying asphalt on a 2km stretch take three bloody months? Even the works don’t look as impressive.
