Legacy Motor Club has a new president: JGR Chief Operating Officer Michael Guttilla, who will report to Legacy CEO Cal Wells. Guttilla was a Multimatic engineer for decades & a VP there before joining JGR in 2023. Legacy & JGR collaborate some as Toyota teams; JGR OK'd the move.

An attorney for former @JoeGibbsRacing Competition Director Chris Gabehart contended in federal court today that JGR is giving 2 termination dates for Gabehart. The termination date in November invalidates the 18-month no-compete that JGR wants to attach to a February termination date. #NASCAR
