It makes a lot of sense that so many people feel better training fasted when you consider digestion. When your stomach is full of gas or a heavy meal it feels worse to do everything. Energy isn’t there, you get out of breath easier, nausea is much more likely from pushing hard…everything worse. I’d wager it isn’t the training fasted that feels better, it’s the training without the lump in your gut from some combination of - eating too close to training - preworkout and powders that don’t digest well for you - slower digesting foods eaten before training - general background gut issues causing intolerances to a lot of different foods - oral steroids







Maturing is realizing that protein powder sucks in any way shape or form
