@VirginAtlantic trying to upgrade my flights for October and told can’t. Asked to purchase bulk head seats instead as my husband is 6ft 7 tall and told can’t as they don’t have authority to do so. Tell me who does??? I’ve flown countless times with VA & each time had these seats!

Won @QueenWillRock tickets b4 covid on @absoluteradio concert was rearranged and I’ve been emailing them & @bauermedia asking for updates & whether I still have the tickets and nothing. I have a hotel booked and trains but so far no ticket as promised! absolute joke

@VirginHolsHelp what is happening re USA. Delta variant rife in some states. USA media reporting boarders not re opening until November at least. 23 days to go to holiday snd still NOTHING. advise please. Other airlines are cancelling beyond our departure dates!
