After speaking a lot on the phone tonight with Sam, I wanted to put this out there. We were both arrested by the @metpoliceuk at the UTK rally simply for holding up the same sign. I’m 19, English, and I’ve been released with bail conditions. Sam is 38, Welsh, and was released with no bail conditions. Two patriots doing exactly the same thing. One sign. Two very different outcomes. This is the hypocrisy of Britain in 2026, peaceful free speech getting you nicked, and the system treating people so differently for the exact same “offence”. We stand together for Great Britain and for free speech. We are both members of @SpeechUnion. All these arrests have done is made us stronger. Keep coming for us, we won’t stop. @misscarsonn

For decades, Westminster has overseen the managed decline of towns like mine. We have talked big, then acted small, stuck in a politics of incrementalism that cannot meet the moment.
