I'm sure they're managing whatever security threat is happening however the management of passengers and communication needs a lot of work or any work as is non existent.
Complete lack of crisis management at Gatwick today. Absolutely no communication with passengers or transportation away from airport. On hour 3 of standing in the cold with no information on what to do.
@HalifaxBank I have contacted previously and advisor like fine no reason as the address was correct in my account. This was a couple of months ago and then today another letter to my neighbours address with my name on it. I held a current account until recently with you.

@ofgem@CMAgovUK Thanks for the response. I have emailed customer services to ascertain how this is calculated as it appears excessive to me. Particularly as the system is less than 2 years old and always faulty. Not sure why any maintenance would be being paid for as this
@Switch2support why is my standing charge so high £0.70190 per day. What exactly does this cover? @ofgem this completely uncompetitive rate that leaseholders are trapped with is not acceptable. How is this a market #nocompetition ?
@madedotcom has such poor cust. service. Previously loved the products however when help is needed and not provided it's time to rethink future purchases. @jlandpartners I go.
