@RRGonzalezMD @SocietyofBPD Have had to cancel about half my cases. I’m keeping pressures down to 35-40, spike 2 bags for enucleation & 2 for morcellation but keep a close eye on it so I can prevent another bag being spiked if I’m getting close to being done, & prioritizing outpatient cases

Have to channel #macGyver and get clever‼️ US BPH surgeons out there @SocietyofBPD What are you doing to conserve fluid if you are still doing cases? i.e. doing a relatively small PVP w only 2L NS w slow drip in/out.. Spiking less bags at a time for HoLEP? Choosing surgeries or MIST that don’t require #CBI? Using fluid management system (pump)?
