@AnovaCulinary Very disappointed as early adopter you are leaving us out in the cold. precision oven has fatal firmware issue. Bought the first one in fall 2020 and now it has a glitch that makes it unsafe. Understand no warranty but at least expected discounted upgrade to 2.0.

It’s absolutely unconscionable to politicize disaster response, especially after years of failing to take any steps that could reduce fire risks (by investing in healthy forests/grasslands, fire resilient communities, acting on climate). Unconscionable.
