You could have sent them to Michelin star restaurants for every meal and still saved money. There were some people that were working hard. But there were people that were not working at all. Combined with COVID work form home work ethic, there was abuse in that system that has never been matched. It really broke people's brains when they laid off 85% of the staff and the product started working better and shipping faster. People realized these companies are massively overstaffed and you can do more with less."
