@jshaw_02 @TigersJUK It’s a percentage of their height. The top ends at 53.5 % of their height and bottom starts at 27% of their height. Thats why a bunch of guys who crouch in their stance are complaining because they think their zone should be smaller since they crouch

Obviously the front office folks have infinitely more information on how things will shake out with the baseball labor situation in 2027….but you have to wonder how Harris and his minions view the McG service time issue in ‘26 with ‘27 possibly being severely truncated or maybe even shelved. Does the unknown of the future make them want to just roll with the kid now, service time be damned….or do they try to keep that extra year knowing they might get very little out of ‘27 from McG due to a lockout.
