Kimani Ichungw'a: I would respectfully disagree with the president on that particular point and I would have urged him to reduce that particular tax expenditure, I would rather we reduce it and in my personal view if we were to reduce even the standard VAT rate from 16% to about 15% and do away with all tax exemptions on VAT and zero-rated items, we would collect more money.

Since the Police have the support of President William Ruto, Deputy president Rigathi Gachagua, Interior CS Kithure Kindiki, and all Luo Nyanza leaders who have been going to state House to look for development. It is very clear if we are not serious in demanding for justice, the Police will get away with Police brutality, and all those who have been killed by the police especially in Nyalenda together with their families will never get justice. All those who are responsible just know the tears of those mothers will never give you peace. The blood of those young boys you killed will haunt you here on earth and in hell.

The most honorable thing President Uhuru Kenyatta should do is RESIGNING as the facilitator of EAC-led Nairobi Peace Process in DR-Congo. He is actively involved in antagonistic politics which could divide Kenya. In Congo, locals are protesting against our KDF forces. Uhuru should either concentrate on these tasks or QUIT and focus on Kenyan politics.

In his letter to ICC Chief Prosecutor Karim Khan, Kamotho reveals that the demonstrations were driven by mayhem, vandalism, looting, terror and destruction of property.

The only issue for the Obassanjo appointment is for the creation and entrenchment of the “Office of Official Opposition”. I have been wondering why those who lead cannot go start in Karen by Raila’s gate . He wants maandamano? Meet at his gate outside. Another group goes to Muthaiga. Those posh areas and neighborhoods of those Azimio officials. If they want Maandamano they should start in their own neighborhoods not Jakaranda. This is bad politics mean to help Raila and Uhuru stay in power and perhaps their children ; For Uhuru he made way for Muhoho. I do not want it to succeed. It did not. The minimum academic qualification was one law/university degree. I had 3. The second one was at least 15 years of legal practice or experience. I have 28 years of legal practice experience in good standing. The third were clearance certificates from HELB, DCI, EACC and a credit union. I had all of them. Plus 3 letters of recommendation from solid professionals. I’m focused like a laser beam. Viva and cheers! 🤜🏿
