#KLM Stuck in Paris with none of our 4 bags. 2 are at CDG and 2 at AMS. CDG won’t release them along with 1000s of others because of no staff help. AMS can’t tell us when the other 2 will arrive at CDG and when we@could even get them when they do. What a mess.

Day 5 of no baggage and no direction from #KLM. They are a disgrace and embarrassment to the travel industry. Their CEO is stunningly silent on this. Thousands of holidays have been ruined by #KLM. Travelers need to stop flying on this airline. #DONOTFLYKLM

@SonosSupport Thanks. When I tried to set up remote, app said to press the “volume up” button on remote. I did (even up close to Sound Bar) but nothing was recognized. Then a message came up asking if remote was IR. Remote model number is RMF-TX600U...
