@JoelSchamber @RepJasmine @GOPoversight Unfortunately, you can't connect homes in rural areas to the internet by running extension cords to each house from the nearest big city. *First*, you have to build the infrastructure. That is what is happening now. When that part is completed, houses can start being connected.
