Signing a lease for a new office in the heart of downtown Austin starting in September as we grow the team from 13 -> 30 this year. Floor to ceiling windows with almost 360 degree views of all of Austin and a gym in the building. Very excited

We just had $1.6MM in retail value of product stolen. It’s a sophisticated scheme. A truck driver shows up to our manufacturer with all the right paperwork and picks up a full truck-load of goods (hacked system or inside job?) Drives off and never delivers to the 3PL. 40,000 boxes of finished product. I assume they then resell on Amazon/ebay or internationally. Insurance covers the product cost - but not the brand impact and lost revenues. Anyone have experience here? Thinking: a) secondary tracking hidden in pallets. b) private investigator to see if we can find the operation.
