@FitFounder One thing stopped me from losing weight initially is I would go on crazy unsustainable diet and then binge and feel so bad that I binged that I would comfort eat and repeat. Break the cycle, go on a maintainable diet and make small progress

@FitFounder Personally though.. and I went through a 5.5 stone weight loss journey. People are always gonna crave things that are bad for them, unfortunately, but allowing yourself to binge every now and again is okay. Have it as a genuine treat (after you hit a milestone)

If you can't control yourself around cookies don't eat them. If you can't stop drinking alcohol then stop drinking it. A key to gaining mastery over your life is to stop consuming the things you can't control yourself around.
