@SujayK1731253 Yes, that's possible! You can book rides for your loved ones in a different city by pinning their specific pickup location in the app. Just ensure Jugnoo is operational in that city!

Such bad experiences with Jugnoo, since past 6 months. Arbitrary pricing, refusing short rides & quoting long wait times after accepting. Fix your service, @Jugnoo_Care@jugnoose. Also, arrange mentorship classes for your drivers once you hire them. Mannerless.

Many city trips need 2–3 short halts, which apps like @Olacabs and @rapidobikeapp already allow.
