Voice AI is about to have its breakout moment. It’s an exciting time to be building in this space. That was my takeaway from competing solo at the @DeepLearningAI Voice AI Hackathon in Mountain View. It was special to meet and compete alongside so many talented builders.

I run a profitable AI company on agent loops, and I still think loop engineering is the most over-hyped story in AI. Running loops is easy now. A loop requires just a few lines of code, Anthropic has observed Claude staying on task for more than 30 hours, and an OpenAI engineer ran a single Codex job for 25. But nearly every team that tries it struggles when the agent grades its own work. In one study of 14 open-source models, the models failed to correct 64.5% of the errors in their own output, errors they could fix when the same mistakes came from someone else. And left alone, a loop under pressure will cheat. Practitioners have caught agents deleting the failing tests they couldn't fix. Building the architecture that keeps agents in check, what I call outcome engineering, is the hard part. Before any loop runs, we write four things down: the result we want, the limits we won't cross, which goal wins when two goals collide, and how the outcome gets verified from outside the loop. Then we enforce those rules where the agents can't change them. Spending caps are set on the API key. Permissions are defined in account settings. The verifier never sees the work in progress. The loops were never the hard part. What does your team check before an agent runs unattended?

BYE BYE manual outreach. Claude + LinkedIn just ended the grind ↓ Most people use Claude to write their posts. That's just 1% of what Claude can do. Last week we booked 12 demos in 5 days using Claude + LinkedIn. Here's what the system actually does: 1. Finds leads already showing buying signals, not cold scraped lists 2. Writes DMs with Claude that read like a human, not a template 3. Turns 1-2% cold reply rates into 25-40% warm ones 4. Books the meeting in under 30 words, no 3,000-word pitch 5. Runs the follow-ups on autopilot so nothing slips The difference is intent. You're not interrupting strangers. You're joining conversations people already started. I put the whole thing into one playbook: - The exact 3 DM scripts we use to book calls - The Claude prompts that write like a human (copy-paste) - How to set up agents that surface warm leads every day - The 4-week plan to go from 0 to 9+ calls Want it? Comment "CLAUDE" and I'll send the full playbook over. Follow me @snskritinaruka for more such posts. ♻️ Repost to help any founder still doing this by hand.

The next great iPhone vs Android battleground will be LLM and AI integration and functionality. Here, Google likely has a significant lead over Apple in terms of LLM maturity. Google would be wise to position Android as the world's smartest, most seamless LLM-centric mobile experience. This might actually start to move the needle, pulling some users away from Apple's ecosystem.

Kevin Na lives in Las Vegas. If he was still a PGA Tour member, he could have played his hometown event last week. Instead, he flew to Bangkok and got wrecked, and is still feeling the effects. How do you say schadenfreude in Arabic?

1/ Lens Protocol shows us how #NFTs can be building blocks for entire software ecosystems. While NFTs are great for JPGs, their power/significance is actually much larger. NFTs are a new fundamental building block for the internet. What is @LensProtocol and how does it work?
