Oversold from the 4hr down on the break, sharp spring off the weekly 12ema

The two primary conditions that increase odds for a break without follow through are:
1) Extended RSI levels on the break
2) Larger timeframe reference point in play
The oil break no follow through played out exactly as laid it out in the @ChartGuys stream yesterday

nope, cautious of corn quarterly LH
can always get in, just have to ask yourself if aggressive or conservative. Wait for HL, smaller timeframe HL (4hr) is more aggressive, then daily for mid, and weekly for conservative.

@antman100000 Hey tomato. If we lose monthly 12ema in any notable sense it will no longer be a bull flag for me. When you have big extended moves like the monthly stairstep from the April low, fib retracement as a metric for health can be a bit distorted/deceiving.

They run a system dependent on disciplined risk management so that the times they are right outweigh the times they are wrong.

@juicose @JohnLoc18 Yes this is an element of the markets but his size is a drop in the bucket for one side or the other. Plenty of calls banked. He didn’t lose because he was targeted, he lost because he was on the wrong side and didn’t manage risk.

Don’t get me wrong, I have cashed out over $40,000 between 3 months of up and down even though I got Trumped and lost everything. I’ll start again with $10,000.
This really hits me deeply in my heart and I finally understand why big port traders go slow and steady.
