We don’t really have a ‘community’ Gay men treat each other worse than most homophobes. Our ‘community’ became even more unbelievably toxic with the addition of the TQ last decade. Pride has outlived its purpose AND overstayed its welcome. Not every gay event needs to be sexual. Labeling sexual addiction as sexual health is gross and dangerous. Our sex never needs to be on public display.

My credit score actually went down after I paid off my car loan and student loans. When I asked why, the credit agencies suggested I take out new loans to bring it back up. It feels like the system actively punishes you for being debt-free and rewards staying in debt. At the end of the day, the whole credit scoring model comes across as rigged to keep people borrowing.

Having a paid off vehicle really makes you never want to get a car loan again. 💴 🚘 💰 😩
