@therickytodd @SpursReporter They didn’t show the Game 6 clip, but he came down awkwardly on it again. That’s why before halftime he limped off the court. He finished the game, but KJ and Steph among others all commented about his injury afterwards.

@SpursReporter The way he grabbed it looked like a high ankle sprain but he couldn’t have played that game 6 on that kind of injury..looks to be something like that though.

Anyone who thinks De'Aaron Fox is “ducking” or that the Spurs are playing lineup games truly does not understand how dangerous that injury play by Ayo Dosunmu was. Fox basically forced himself to play through the ankle injury in Game 6, and afterward the ankle reportedly responded very poorly with swelling and soreness. This isn’t gamesmanship. It’s the Conference Finals and he's dealing with a legitimately compromised ankle.
