Row by row fine tuning and singulation testing. It’s tedious as hell but the picket fence spacing is worth it in looks and in my opinion, financially as well.. Bean variety testing is done. Corn is on deck for hybrid singulation testing but not before I start planting beans this week. It’s go time!

@justfarmin It doesn’t take much, we just dribble it on coming out of the bin loading trucks. Maybe a couple of litres over the season. I am for a brown tinge but not too black or it gets cake layer in the truck, never had any gumming issues by the time it’s loaded in the drill.

Slow release N coating should be banned. We literally apply microplastics onto our soils that sooner or later enter our food chain.

@JoeWecker Why would anyone spend their money on poly-coatings when simple and inexpensive humic acid dribbled on will coat and create a slow release fertilizer that’s actually better for your soil.
