And yes, there’s a car easter egg. It’s a cousin of the Winter ’26 popup trick: stream the main canvas to another window with WebRTC, then use BroadcastChannel/localStorage fallback messages to sync window position, active section, wheel/nav events, gaze, and drive state.

My 🌶️ take: If I was not at Shopify, I would be building atop Shopify Catalog rather than Shopify apps. Huge opportunity now that we’re enabling a revenue model via commissions and the catalog is improving weekly from multi-modal search to advanced filters and richer product information. Easier than ever to build native apps. Might do a long form post on this.
