Equity… I wonder if the US gov't should identify an essential medication list… meds which provide meaningful value in improving outcomes… and then commit that no person should be precluded from their benefit because of their financial status. Eliminate the disparity potential.

Hard to believe how many jumped in today to kill CAC in young adults with chest pain after the JAMA Card paper
Wording on abstract not brilliant, but results quite telling
If you're young & CAC=0, obstructive CAD is very rare, even w symptoms
