Sure it does. Canada has to negotiate in good faith, which we know they won't. So we declare Independence and have foriegn countries recognize Alberta as a nation. America and other countries definitely will. Its not easy, its hard work, and it won't happen overnight. But Albertans can 100% accomplish this.
