Wow. @SriniGopalan has cut rural buildout funding and it's resulted in rural site buildout delays of 1-3 years.
Lovely. Rural getting shafted again by corporate greed and corruption.
English

@TMobileHelp @SriniGopalan I tried that and you all told me you’re not supposed to do tickets as much. Then did the ticket to the wrong department twice, after making me drive around testing for you
English

@jzone90 I’m glad you connected with us about this, and I’d be happy to take a closer look. To protect your privacy and securely review the account details, please send me a DM with your contact information when you have a moment.

@SriniGopalan @Flyordie209 @TMobileHelp Feels like your towers are congested as service has gotten much worse in the past 6 months since the US Cellular customers all started coming over. Tried to do ticket, but T-Mobile help isn’t supposed to do tickets as much.
English

@jzone90 @Flyordie209 That's quite incorrect. We're full speed ahead on our rural buildout, continuing to invest and advocate for policies that expand rural connectivity.
@Flyordie209 – If you're having issues in your area, please work with @TMobileHelp so they can look into things.
English

@Flyordie209 Oh ok, I see. I know that t-mobile does not roam on Verizon. Surprised you can’t connect to the AT&T, as they have roaming with them in alot of places.
English

@jzone90 SIM isn't the issue. It's purely they shut off the roaming UScellular had deployed here under court order. Tower I was roaming on is 1/4 mile away. TMobile tower is 5.2-5.3 miles away and on the other side of a hill.
UScellular towers are 6.8 and 6.5 miles away. Same issue.
English

@DustyRaging I was in bar harbor, and surprised that t-mobile did really good despite all the people in town for the 4th. AT&T and Verizon did super well. All were 300+ mbps down.
English

We just closed out our Hometown Grants program. What these communities have built is REMARKABLE. In five years, we helped 500 towns across 49 states and Puerto Rico.
$22.8M invested → 4.2 MILLION people impacted. Incredible!

@DustyRaging It will be interesting to see. I know that t-mobile and AT&T both have 2 towers in Greenville. Didn’t know that Verizon has midband there
English

@TMobileHelp I’m not sure how this will help, but I sent a Dm. I don’t think you can increase capacity on your towers and stop removing capacity and towers. This is not just me here having issue. @DustyRaging and many others are saying same thing.
English

@jzone90 Thanks for taking the time to bring this up. I’d like to help review what’s going on and work toward a resolution with you. Since we never want your personal information shared publicly, please send me a DM with your contact info and I’ll pick things up there.

@DustyRaging I’m about ready to go to @ATT I think, the @TMobile towers here are all just getting slower and more voice issues recently. Feel like all these us cellular customers are bogging everything down and towers aren’t upgraded to handle it
English

@DustyRaging I have been a t-mobile customer and now it seems like service has gotten much slower and more signal fluctuations since US Cellular has been merged. They didn’t really keep any us cellular towers except for 2, so I’m guessing the extra customers is straining the towers
English

@JohnSaw @TMobile @JonFreier That’s great, but not much help to us in Maine. There is big events in Maine including a concert venue near me that seats 7000+ but you won’t deploy any coverage for it. Seems big is only for big hundred thousand people events in big cities only.
English

This summer is packed with large-scale sports events like soccer across the U.S., and @TMobile is ready.
From stadiums to transit hubs, we're enhancing network support and leveraging AI-powered Dynamic CX to help keep fans, residents and first responders connected.

@DustyRaging In central Maine here. I know of 1 nearby they converted, and added t-mobile too. The us cellular site closest to my house seems still online for us cellular but can’t connect to it for t-mobile so I guess they aren’t keeping it
English

@jzone90 Sounds like that's probably the case here in Maine, they only kept the site online here in town as T-Mobile would have no service otherwise
English

@Flyordie209 @TMobile Is t-mobile stores closing or just us cellular stores
