I’ve been a customer with @TheAA_UK for breakdown for 14 years (and never called out) and they won’t match their new customer deals for my renewal (or even close - it’s over double!). Where is the customer loyalty?! Cancelled

@SkyHelpTeam Hi I spent 1hr on the phone on Sunday to cancel my broadband and multi room. They are still showing on my bill/future bills. Other changes have been reflected. How can I check it’s been sorted? Tried calling and can’t stand another 40 min wait just to get through

@SkyHelpTeam I called again yesterday and confirmed the changes I requested on Sunday had not been actioned. Fuming!
