A research links Viagra to a dramatically lower risk of Alzheimer’s. Recent observational research has revealed a striking association between sildenafil (the active ingredient in Viagra) and a substantially reduced risk of developing Alzheimer’s disease. In a large-scale analysis of U.S. insurance claims data covering more than 7.2 million people, researchers found that individuals who used sildenafil were 69% less likely to be diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease over a six-year follow-up period compared to non-users. The study, which combined computational drug-repurposing methods with real-world patient data, suggests that sildenafil may offer neuroprotective benefits — possibly by improving blood flow to the brain, reducing harmful protein accumulation, and supporting neuron health. These effects extend well beyond the drug’s original purpose of treating erectile dysfunction and pulmonary hypertension. While the findings are highly promising, experts caution that this is an observational association, not proof of cause and effect. Confounding factors such as lifestyle or overall health could influence the results. To establish whether sildenafil can truly prevent or slow Alzheimer’s, rigorous randomized clinical trials are now needed. If confirmed, repurposing this safe, widely available, and relatively inexpensive medication could become a powerful new strategy in the fight against a disease that affects millions of families worldwide. [Fang, J., Zhang, P., Zhou, Y. et al. “Endophenotype-based in silico network medicine discovery combined with insurance record data mining identifies sildenafil as a candidate drug for Alzheimer’s disease.” Nature Aging 1, 1175–1188 (2021). The beauty about Pinealon is that besides it being able to make you sleep the best sleep you've ever sleeped.. It also seems to do a ridiculously good job at enhancing exercise performance & recovery reducing HR in trained athletes by 10-12 BPM, without reducing power output

@waitbutwhy … if you’ve ever taken Tesamorelin or Pinealon 30min before sleep without having eaten in the previous 2hrs you’re sleeping 6hrs waking like a kid on Xmas morning. Just saying.

@StankBastard I love Baker, but I’m not sure I see the downside in having him play out his contract. This team is teetering on the edge of a rebuild. This is a “prove it” year for virtually everyone in th organization.

I have absolutely no problem drafting an offensive tackle in round 1. I understand the arguments against it, but it’s a premium position and you don’t know how Morgan Moses will hold up.

🚨PROJECTION: Tampa Bay #Buccaneers superstar quarterback Baker Mayfield is projected to sign a four-year, 251 MILLION DOLLAR extension. This is an average annual value of 62.75 million: This would make Baker the highest-paid player in league history. Baker is a 2x Pro Bowler.

This is shocking. Sinner could have hit this ball anywhere and he went straight for youngster Alex Michelson. Michelson was understandably rattled and roared when he held his serve. Really bad from Sinner. Note the number of empty seats as well.

@DeanTTraining @sonofearle I was the same, one tip I seen on a video that REALLY helped me was ‘pretend you’ve just got out of the car with your hands full, and you’re trying to close the car door behind you with your glutes’

This is one of the BEST form videos you will ever see for RDLs Notice: The range of motion is NOT overdone So many people go WAY LOWER THAN NECESSARY when performing RDLs Other great tips included in the caption Take notes!
Sara 🌴@SarAllyce

🚨RDL tip alert 🚨 This is one of my favorite movements. It’s simple but a lot of people struggle with execution. Some helpful cues: 1. Engage the lats! My favorite cue for this is to think about squeezing & holding an orange in ur armpit. You can see I engage the lats immediately when I lift the bar & they stay engaged the entire time 2. Break at the hips! The RDL is a hinge movement. You start the movement by pushing the hips/pelvis back & lowering the chest towards the floor. 3. Bend at the knees! This is primarily a glute/lower back & exercise with some hammies. For more hammies, u would do a straight leg deadlift (SLDL), which unlike the name suggests also requires a slight bend in the knees but not as much bend as an RDL 4. The bar stays touching/grazing the front of ur legs the entire time. The bar should slide along the thigh, over the knee, down to mid-shin. There should be no space between bar & leg. Engaging the lats prevents the bar from drifting away. 5. Do not go lower than mid shin. Notice the space between the plates & floor 6. Keep toes down! Feel the floor with the toes, do not lift or elevate the toes 6. Keep neutral neck/spine (I’m guilty of looking up or tucking the chin sometimes)

UNFAIR? 50-year-old Egyptian athlete Nadia Ali earned a bronze with a 145kg bench press lifting the weight just a couple of inches due to her girth. The 2024 Paris Paralympics inspired so many people to become athletes despite a lack of athleticism.

Most guys think it’s testosterone… It’s not. It’s blood flow. Erections are vascular. If blood isn’t moving… nothing’s happening. What I see all the time: - low nitric oxide - poor circulation - early metabolic issues Fix blood flow → everything changes. Nitro Boost + low-dose tadalafil are big-time needle movers for sexual performance. Better erections. Better pumps. More confidence. Since adding these two…I’ve got some serious bedroom swag 😎

Spot on. I got interested in trt 8-10 years ago primarily because I was middle aged and developing a passion for strength training a little bit later in life. Got my levels checked, came back 200 something and started TRT, and I’m still on it today. HOWEVER, it is a commitment and is NOT a miracle fountain of youth. It has had no drastic impact on my energy levels, erections, waste line, etc immediately on its own. It HAS undoubtedly helped me continue to continue to enjoy and make meaningful progress in strength training into my forties, which I am grateful for. As a result I’ve stayed motivated to train hard, eat better at times, and live a generally better lifestyle than many of my peers. The net effect is that I’ve produced the other benefits mentioned above. I’m definitely more healthy, happy, and confident than I would have otherwise been. Like most other things TRT is a tool, not a standalone cheat code. If you’re a fat ass who gets on TRT and doesn’t clean up your lifestyle, you’ll still be a fat ass later.

The attrition rates of TRT is quite eye opening… Some data shows 80–85% of guys are off TRT within a year in certain real-world studies. 8 out of 10 people stop treatment within a year. Read that again! That’s not a small number. That’s most people which is insane, right? Here’s the thing and the stone cold truth: Everyone thinks TRT is gonna change their life… More energy. More drive. Better body. Fix everything. But here’s the part nobody talks about… If your sleep sucks, diet’s a mess, you don’t train hard, and your life’s out of order… Sorry to burst your bubble but TRT isn’t saving you. It might help. But it’s not building a life for you… It’s not completely changing your physique like you envisioned “being on test” would do. Some guys don’t like the commitment. Some don’t like how they feel. Some just realize it’s not worth it. But most? They were looking for a shortcut. They thought TRT would literally turn their body into that of a Greek God. Yes TRT does work (very effectively in fact) Just not the way people think it does. It’s not the magic wand people think it is and it’s certainly not gonna change your life unless you have the lifestyle, dedication and commitment to back it up. Now on the other hand, if you are doing everything you can to maximize your fitness and health…getting good sleep, managing your stress your levels and decide to go on TRT bc your body is not producing enough testosterone on its own…then TRT will be a absolute Godsend for you However, if you are not putting in the work and doing your part then the chances of stopping TRT within the first year treatment is VERY HIGH.

Anabolic steroids do not enhance the effectiveness of training You are getting two separate growth pathways. The training stimulus And the steroid stimulus You can build significant muscle on anabolics with zero training. For most high level bodybuilders 70% of their built muscle mass is purely from drugs And they would have it even if they didn’t lift. This shows you why some bodybuilders can have horrible training and still be massive
