Day 1 of Elite’s Nostridamus nasal spray of Selank, Semax, and Dihexa:
Took it easy with the first dose (typical low and slow for me). I don’t like making rush judgments on peptide effects because so much is dependent upon sleep quality, prior mood and activity level. Last night’s sleep was the best I have had all week.
With all that in mind, plus the general placebo effect that can happen anyone you are hopeful something works, I did notice a boost in alertness. I did the spray prior to coffee and within 30 minutes I would say it felt like I had indeed drunk my coffee. Two sprays this morning, may bump to 3 tomorrow.
I’ll try out my subq Selank/Semax later this week to compare.

@soudalquickstep @mattressfalomo @giroditalia Recovery starts with great sleep. Thanks for bringing Chilipad along for the ride 🚴

Recovery starts with sleep. 😴🔋
That’s why our riders rely on @mattressfalomo and @chilipad throughout the @giroditalia - travelling with Body Trainer mattresses and temperature-controlled sleep systems to maximise recovery and performance.
Better sleep → Better recovery → Stronger performances. 💪🏼🇮🇹

carb cycling + reta is honestly one of the closest things i’ve seen to a fat loss cheat code.
the leanest people i know on reta don’t just rely on the peptide. they use carbs strategically.
more carbs on hard training days = better performance, pumps, recovery, glycogen replenishment, and muscle retention.
lower carbs on rest days = easier appetite control and easier deficit management without feeling completely drained.
and reta makes this even more effective because improved insulin sensitivity and nutrient partitioning help your body use carbs more efficiently.
most people on reta completely overlook this and just keep trying to eat less and less.
that’s usually when performance, recovery, mood, and muscle retention start going downhill.

I’ve been doing some research for the past few weeks and I believe I’m going to try what I’m calling the “Unlimited Energy” stack.
- MOTS-c
- SS-31
- CJC-1295 no DAC
- Ipamorelin
- BPC-157
- TB-500
SS-31 comes in first to patch up the damaged mitochondria so everything actually works better. Will run this for a few weeks before dropping to a maintenance dose and adding in the MOTS.
At the core of the stack is MOTS-c (the mitochondrial boss) and SS-31 for the repair work. MOTS-c is pretty much exercise in a syringe. It ramps up AMPK, cranks mitochondrial biogenesis, torches fat and gives a clean, steady all-day energy with zero crashes.
Then throw in CJC-1295/Ipamorelin at night for the GH pulse and recovery, plus BPC-157/TB-500 to keep inflammation down and tissues healing fast.
The result should be a recovery that is stupid quick and a feeling like you have unlimited gas in the tank from wake-up to bedtime. No jitters, no afternoon slump. Just real, sustainable energy.
I’m sure I’m not the first person to run this exact. But naming it “Unlimited Energy” just seems fitting.
Going to source the peptides I don’t have and plan to start running this sometime in June/July.

@kalos21million Do you know where I could potentially find just the dihexa spray?
English

Quality testing on peptides is such a hot topic.
How much is needed at the end of the day.
Do heavy metals matter at such low doses?
How many are truly contaminated with endotoxin?
Is it worth it for me to wait and pay for sterility?
I made a pyramid to visualize the full scope…at least as far as a high level grey market test will go.
More info on my site, wording and specifics may be tweaked…but check it out and give me your initial thoughts. Agree or disagree on the levels?

My first Selank and Semax stack is en route.
Will be leaning heavily on @peptidepirate research posts before I start

Max Marchione says a microdose of GLP-1 every 2 weeks is one of the single best things he does for his quality of life.
Marchione is the founder of Superpower.
Here's what he says it does for him:
• Eliminates food noise
• Reduces inflammation
• Boosts focus and energy
• Improves insulin sensitivity
• Removes the need for self-discipline around eating
GLP-1 made peptides mainstream.
The same therapeutic approach is now being explored for inflammation, immune function, sleep, and injury recovery.

Max Marchione spoke to 20 doctors he trusts about peptides. All but ONE agreed these compounds can help reduce chronic pain, rebuild weak immune systems and change their patient's lives. Here are the 5 peptides he now uses for himself:🧵

@__EthanHunt__ @gregogallagher How does it counter Reta? What dosage of tirz are u gonna start on and why do you think it’ll be better? I’m thinking of doing that same stack
English

@gregogallagher I use it. Body comp benefits but raises appetite too much and counters Reta. So I’m jumping on Tirz.

I have bought from Elite, plenty (prior to buying direct myself) - really good guy. I have referred people to Crush for a little while now as well - who don't want to buy bulk direct.
I just buy a ton and send a vial off for my own testing.
But yes, I'd for sure recommend either of them.
Peptide Partners is probably fine. They have a good reputation. I just wouldn't pay more at their site vs Crush, that's for sure. Rory (Crush) does multi vial testing and takes it quite serious. Good dude.
English

One metric I will use moving forward on the PepGuide when rating vendors will be the extent and duration of their relationship with their manufacturer. How long have they been a reliable partner etc.
Metrics will only continue to improve on my site!
I will move more into direct contact with owners to establish facts and improve information accuracy. I’ve enjoyed getting feedback from some of them so far. It’s an evolving work!

Zhengzhou Chengque Technology Co Ltd “We shipped the products first… then tested them afterwards.” The company has now told customers to destroy the products on arrival and not use them under any circumstances after “quality issues” were discovered post-dispatch. One of these kits purchased through Peptuara has been tested already and the Reta has turned out as BPC-157 Pictures of the affected labels below

@reallyoptimized @kalos21million So you’ve bought from both and had a good experience? I’ve ordered from both but have not used yet. Never delved into elite. Appreciate you chiming in on this
English

@TbotTV @kalos21million Crush might be the only ones I actually do trust other than Elite. Both are good dudes.
Peptide Partners isn't doing better work than Rory. It's just a couple dudes in their basement, they charge more for less.
English

@PeptidePartners @NDMFlyHigh @kalos21million But the difference with you is that you visit? Is that what you were saying?
English

@NDMFlyHigh @TbotTV @kalos21million We import. However, we do visit our manufacturing partners in person.
