Hey @Airtel_Presence based on previous reply, I did a recharge for 379 and have multiple times restarted my iPhone and reinserted the sim but still have SOS signal on my phone. I have tried sim in other phone too, still the same. Can you help. I am currently not in India (1/2)

@kamaldeeps22 Hi kamaldeep! I would like to inform you that to get the duplicate SIM, please visit the Airtel store once you're in India along with any govt. approved ID proof. As you need to be physically present for the verification for sim swap. (cont) srkl.in/l/6015BL9YDN

And I really need sim up and running as I need to get banks OTPs and other messages when I am traveling abroad. Please help with either getting this worked or upgrade to esim(as I cannot receive or send sms) I am unable to do it on my own (2/2)
