@FPLfrasier I think that’s harsh - certain aspects to his game like his aerial ability and aggression are glaring but aside from that he’s looked fine and back end of last season he was our best cb when he had a consistent run of games. No doubt he’s destined for the top imo, patience needed

It’s already 2 seasons for Yoro and I don’t believe he has performed to a high level consistently. Questions need to be asked of the strategy to spend 55m on a young player who may not be ready. It looks great on paper to sign young upcoming players. But the price has to be right. If you are spending big money the player needs to be ready. If a player isn’t ready why not wait a few years before they develop before you can sign them?

I’d be underwhelmed by Iliman Ndiaye as United’s marquee LW summer signing. United need to be careful not to lean too heavily into PL-proven safe bets because they don’t have the courage to recruit riskier high-ceiling talents, that can push the squad’s upside higher long-term.

@ronaldobrown_98 Ronny, what do you think is Anderson’s stand out quality & how high is his ceiling? I’ve watched him a handful of times but nowhere near enough to know if he’s top or not ..

This comp tells me Anderson has heavy left side bias, tendencies (LCM). Same as Mainoo. Means them coexisting together may need adjustment if they were partnered. Anderson is just TOP though man.

Lennart Karl should be a locked-in starter for Germany if Musiala isn’t fully fit. Nobody else in that squad can beat players like him. And actually it’s a big drop down in dribbling ability to the other guys.
