@kbessey I've looked at some of these properties recently and I can't imagine they are positive cash flow overall. They are more expensive than my rental, face another condo and they don't have parking. They are probably going to stay at least partly empty.

In metro Vancouver we have near record rental construction and completions built with: - federally insured debt - high LTV - 40 year debt Loans with terms even rich parents don’t give their kids. The builder/owners are required to stick to a certain proforma or rent to ensure they get to “stabilization” (they can pay their expenses and their loans). They all started/completed into a downward trending market with all time high proformas. They are half vacant, and only occupied with tenants who are moving out or demanding 2 more free months rent after month 12.😬

The all-party "Indigenous consensus" in British Columbia is truly over. The BC Conservatives made opposing expansion of First Nations political power/land control core to their brand and are leading the polls. AND there’s a new third party, OneBC, whose whole thing is this issue.

Ok so it sounds like Xbox Project Helix can run both PC games and Xbox games but also has semi-custom SOC PC's will get the FSE (full screen experience) of the Xbox UI But we have not heard that any generic PC can run Xbox native games?

People are struggling to afford rent, let alone heat and food… I went to college for electrical engineering because I wanted to help do my part in transitioning the world to alternative energy Yet it’s this hive mind of hatred, disdain, and fascist ideologies that tries to paint people like me—and other actually decent people—as monsters. They harass and abuse anyone they have even one disagreement with, alienating thousands to hundreds of thousands to millions of people who they’d actually otherwise agree with given rational conversation I remember my childhood, and the healthcare I’ve always had was a blessing. Being Canadian was a blessing and I still believe in so many of the ideals of that Canada, but because of the unbelievable amount of hatred, grandstanding, identity politics, virtue signaling and oftentimes straight up lying we’re all in this fucking insufferable mess where “one side” HATES you for existing and wants you silenced Like, as someone who’s actually traditionally left wing, who’s actually lived it and spent my life trying to do my best for those I love—INCLUDING THOSE I DISAGREE WITH—fucking stop this. Like actually Have some love for each other. We’re all imperfect and most people are just trying to do their best every day.
