Just finished reading Liverdoc’s Citizens Protein project 2 on pharma protein powders line by line and I’m honestly shocked. We routinely prescribe these powders to patients, trusting that they’re safe as drug regulating authorities have cleared them . But the reports of commonly used pharma protein powders are horrifying. Where are our government bodies? Where are the drug regulatory authorities? Are they just taking salaries and doing nothing? How are these brands getting approved? They’re adding heavy metals, taurine, excess sugars, and ingredients that can genuinely harm patients and yet they still get clear approval. If this is not regulatory failure, what is? It’s hard to digest the fact that in this country, there seems to be zero accountability when it comes to people’s lives. A sincere request: Don’t blindly buy pharma protein powders .just because they being sold in pharmacy stores doesn’t mean they are safe . If you need supplementation, choose a good quality whey protein, not these so called pharma grade powders. We need stricter controls, transparent testing, and real accountability. Lives depend on it. Stray dog discussion is heating up in India, I donot wanna comment on it. But lately, I am seeing lot of post on "ecological importance of stray dogs". I just wanna say, that is big BS. Stray dog's are invasive species in our ecology. They destroyed 80+ native species 1/3

Top 10% of Indians earn 57% of national income. The rest 90% earns 43%. GDP percapita of India is $2700. If you remove top 10% of population, for the balance 90% the GDP percapita is only $1300. This is worser than even subsaharan Africa and Pakistan. As I repeat, if you are not among top 150 million but part of the balance 1300 million, everyday is a literal hell. Since 150 million is a huge number, the country appears prosperous than what it actually is. As Indus Valley report pointed out, 1000 million Indians has absolutely zero purchasing power. They cannot spend anything beyond very basic needs. They are surviving only with government support. As a country, we've a very long way to go.

Animals are easy to sympathize with. They’re “voiceless” “helpless” “bebas” “lachaar” so they’re the perfect “cause” to do charity for, to stroke your ego. Why support humans, who have minds and thoughts of their own, who voice their opinions which might be contrary to yours

Generational shifts take time to gain universal acceptance across many fields. Even when Magnus rose, many legends were slow to acknowledge his strength. Gukesh's ability to adapt to new things and formats is astounding. It might take it's time, but over the period of time there will be few doubters remaining. Gukesh is doing the exact right thing with his performance though - ultimately action speaks louder than words.

If you come from a poor background - just freaking go for the fences. Play big, be audacious, take chances. What's going to happen to you? End up poor? The worst case is that you end up where you started - and the *most likely* scenario is that you don't. Go for it.
