@ParcelHero hi I’m waiting on a parcel that’s been sent from you via hermes which was sent on the 11th December. But it’s been stuck at “we’ve got it” since the 14th December. What’s going on, when will this be sent?

@karholee We've added that run to your account. For future runs, make sure to not edit or manually add the runs, you'll have to use the NRC app to track the runs if you want it to count towards your Challenges.

@teamnike hi I edited a run on the NRC app to sync with my Strava run but when I’ve done this I didn’t realise that my run wouldn’t count towards any challenges. Can this run be reset at all so it counts towards challenges?
